    Pros:

    - Ripped straight from OoT
- Nostalgic
- Makes death seem more calming and tragic

    Cons:

    - Feels a bit out of place due to game's music/sounds (the switch to slower music is somewhat jarring)

    Conclusion:

    There's not much you can do to get rid of the jarring effect in going from normal music to Zelda's lullaby on death. But overall, it's an awesome mod and it makes me feel nostalgic whenever I hear it (almost makes me want to get myself killed XD).
