The soundtrack mod not only replaces all music in the game but also adds music to certain events including more left 4 dead 1 variants and even easter eggs. The mod uses music from various artists, games, and movies to fit individual campaigns and events.

The soundtrack mod requires two separate downloads. This download covers replacing default music in-game. Check the add-on links for the next download (once posted). You will need GCFScape to open the vpk. There should be a txt file labeled replacementinfo. Follow the instructions on how manually install the listed song

Pros:

Great quality songs

Adds a lot of music and sounds to things that didn't really have it

The songs used, were very fitting

Cons:

Large file but hey, what would you expect form a mod that has a LOT of songs in it

A few intros missing but no biggie

Conclusion:

Overall, I've been waiting for this for a long time and although this review is a bit behind, I figured I would atleast do it anyway.  Very nice selection of music and what not.  I know you've never failed to amaze when it comes to your custom mods.
