    Pros:

    * Team Fortress 2 Victory theme! Good choice!

    Cons:

    * Unfortunately, sounds are cut a tad short... and it's quality is forced with too much amplification. (- .3)

    Conclusion:

    ... something for Team Fortress 2 fans to enjoy! Nothing more, nothing less.

@ Ranger999: If you want, I'll send another version of your sound mod with a fix (which I made from scratch) to your e-mail address... you can say no to my offer otherwise. :)
