      reading must be hard

      I must be one of the few who actually still remembers when Ausimus was still active and worked on this port of his.
This was one of the first L4D1 ports before Valve did it themselves.
He last updated this campaign in September 2010... TWENTY TEN! NINE YEARS AGO.
Obviously there might be some bugs and glitches and issues of that nature.
Deserves a much better rating, in my opinion, it truly used to be a straight direct exact port of No Mercy.
So if you still want a proper port, I think your only other option is "No Mercy: Modified" by 1sg_heartless.
Mutation modes are irrelevant since No Mercy is still in the game, this one was just BEFORE Valve ported it.

      The only thing that you did right on this is the actual port.
When I play it my game crashes right after 2 or 3 seconds. There are so many bugs I can go through.
Play your own campaign for once and think about what you have created.

however, Ausimus most likely move don which is why this has fallen abandoned.
if you want a proper port, look up "No Mercy Modified" by 1SG_HEARTLESS

      Terrible campaign. No navemsh on chapters 3-5. Safe rooms are non functional on chapters 3-5. Finale is non functional. Terrible campaign. Needs to be fixed desperately. However I did like that the finale was classic L4D1 style.

        Yeah I played it, I understand it was ported back in the day, kinda wish the author finished this one, I liked the old finale.

      Not Authentic From Beginning, Then Deteriorates

      CONS
Tons of armored zombies (which didn't exist in L4D1 and so shouldn't have been there)
Bots froze at Map 3 start and wouldn't move or grab ammo or health.

CONCLUSION
I would be more lenient if this was original work, but since the author took everything about the map from the already functional No Mercy, there should be no bot errors beyond the typical Source glitches, nor should there be loads of Uncommons that weren't introduced until L4D2. That's where 3 out of 4 stars went- the author marketed this as an authentic port, and then didn't deliver.

      Pros:

      good map
l4d1 air vent at begginig
no zombies at beggining

      Cons:

      map 4 no zombies bots stay and when i go to saferoom its like a room
even with bots killed
and map 5 rooftop i cant go so i went and its crap

      Conclusion:

      good but map 4 -5is nothing so keep it up mabye u can make others better

      Pros:

      its no mercy in l4d2
Looks ok 
last map is way more optimised then the official one
L4D2 survivors

      Cons:

      Bots can act strange in map 3
strage shader error In map 2 (just might be my gpu)

      Conclusion:

      Good Port some things knock it down but all together I like it

      I got this late its not your fault I couldnt use mods on the official version so i got this one
