Pros:
1) Extremely well detailed map. 2) Because of the creative use of lighting sound, even with the lights on, the house still seems a little bit gloomy and desolate. 3) An adequate number of supplies scattered throughout the house. 4) Some secret hidden areas to explore when you turn the lights on. 5) A good number of places to "camp" in when the shooting starts.
Cons:
1) You might spend all of your time exploring the map and not killing zombies.
Conclusion:
**NOTE** If you have any other mods/maps etc installed you WILL get a “ Server is enforcing consistency for this file: scripts/weapon_rifle_m60.txt ** BUT! ** There is an easy fix.. just move all your .vpk files and everything else to another directory or delete them. Anyway.. There are *so* many custom textures in this map everything from artwork on the walls, pictures on shelves, the music in the jukebox and some .. peculiar... images that appear on the video screens once you turn the lights on and get going.. It's quite obvious that the author put a great amount of effort into making this map. I don't give 10/10 very often but this one definitely got the “Solaris Stamp of Approvalâ€. TL;DR? Pros:
-Entering every room was a pleasant surprise -Had some great humor in the style -The house itself was well designed and interesting to maneuver throughout -Had some nice extra items to press -Fair amount of survival items -The size of the map felt right and AI moved through it without problems
Cons:
-Some rather weird viewings on the TV screens
Conclusion:
Fantastic map, where everything in it performed well. Turning on the power before hand was an interesting addition and everytime you enter a differing room it feels special. Had some great humor within it and AI performed well, give it a try!

Pros:
- Unique retro-modern house architecture/design. - All rooms are extremely detailed and are fully decorated. - Quite a lot of supplies. - The whole map is full of custom models and textures. - Custom melee skins + custom weapon scripts + custom melee weapon. - The house is pretty big; lots of places to make a last stand. - Fun and challenging close-quarters combat.
Cons:
- Random framerate drops, on a gaming PC. - Sometimes bots get stuck on the spiral staircase.
Conclusion:
So far, this is one of the most detailed and customized maps I've ever played. The unique retro-modern fusion design of the house is pretty awesome. Every single room has its purpose and is fully decorated with custom props and textures. There are plenty of supplies in the map as well. The custom weapon skins look good, and the custom weapon scripts are very, very helpful, especially when playing other maps. The custom broken billiard cue is pretty neat as well, but it shows up as an error sign on other maps and picking it up will result in the loss of FP arms. There are numerous camping spots in the house too. And about the cons; the framerate drops randomly on random parts of the map, I'm not sure why. It may be because I'm playing L4D2 at the highest settings, but this kind of lag does not happen on other maps. And like I said earlier, the broken billiard cue will show up as a floating error sign on other maps. The NAV at the spiral staircase is messed up as well; bots get stuck there most of the time. In terms of design and eye candy, this map is a beast, and it would be better if it didn't lag the game too much.

Conclusion:
[4/21/12 v1.0] This is a really awesome map and it is evident that it took an exceptional amount of work to make it. Everything is well made and works great and it does so without sacrificing gameplay. The map plays very well and smoothly (the only exception being that spiral staircase) and is a blast to play. The villa is fun to explore and you have to since the supplies randomize at the start of every round. It poses a challenge but at the same time is not too difficult. As far as I'm concerned this map deserves a perfect score since I have a lot of fun playing on it and I have to go out of my way to find a con. I would highly, highly recommend this map. Well done, author!

Conclusion:
If you are looking for a great, fun survival map, look no further! This is without doubt, one of the most amazing survival maps I have played in my entire life! Only reason why its not 10, is becasue its a huge risc of getting FPS drops. I got it a few times but not too often. Author, great work!

Pros:
+Scenic and beautiful atmosphere +Lots of creativity and effort was put in this map making it wonderful +Nature effect (wind) and designs/placement (cliffs, trees etc.) are great +A beautiful view of the sea, which is a relaxing sight before death xD +Detailed map design with custom textures, props and models +Villa design is perfect, the interiors, exteriors all are great +Gotta love the posters in the room

-Supplies are few -FPS drops especially in villa
Conclusion:
Not much Cons I can say about this map, but maybe other players can add it for me xD. This map is great, although only a survival map, it was created very detail and full of effort. I love it. Only few of my opinion, you can make a few walls or roofs that can be break/destroyed by the Infecteds for a 'surprise' attack and this can also make the survivors to hold out in their safe spot shorter. You can also add few more supplies and varied weapons type. Adding a few melee weapons won't hurt too. Just my suggestion. :)
