slander and lies in a change log

  • Hello everyone.
It's a shame we have to resort to such petty childish tactics.
I have caught someone attempting harassment and drama in a change log item.
Item and user should be reported for abuse to get the item properly removed.

I shouldn't have to defend myself against slander and lies, but I'm also sure this does violate some rule here.
I was originally granted permission with Mr. Time Lord and to take this over the campaign "In Too Deep".
I still have screenshots of our conversation for proof of this as I know they'll attempt to twist and fabricate the story.
I had that item for over a week, and then recently was contacted to have it removed as they returned to finish it.
I was happy to comply with taking it down, contrary to what he might try to lie about...
I just don't think he was patient enough and realized the time of day he was contacting me for removal (5AM in the morning)!
I had been deleted and blocked before I could explain to him various limitations on my end as well as Game Maps.
I could only archive the item or abandon the item and I had explained this to him once before.
I had planned to either edit it to change it to something else or ask someone like Ray to use an admin ability to delete.
I later come back to see he suddenly made a Game Maps account (after lying saying he had no intention of making one).
I also noticed what the current problem is now with harassment in the change log.
It's an obviously fake blank empty file now and should just be deleted as he didn't want it here in the first place.
I find this user rather unstable and has trust issues and fallen victim to lies, slander, gossip, drama and deceit.
I request to warn him and fully delete his item so we can wash our hands of it and move on in peace.
I already had to get his Steam Workshop item heavily moderated as well as it was much worse.
I don't think he realizes the irony of his own actions and what it'd eventually lead to.
I've seen users get banned for worse... and even less... at least in the Steam community.
I appreciate any help with this matter, as much as I hate airing dirty laundry, but most of it was resolved already.
I will not be slandered, and I appreciate those of you who do know me better.
I have a right to defend myself.

  • I'll definitely bring this up to iLL- I for one don't want this site turning into Days Of Our Lives like I hear has happened to Discord. That's one reason I refuse to join that site (the other is the scrutiny of the U.S. government one that website doesn't make it worth the risk.)

  • I think it's resolved here for now, but this guy continues playing games on Steam.
    No pun intended.
The drama was already removed once on his workshop version, then he put it back.
We'll have to keep reporting him.
