Machete replaced with Eli's Khukuri from Book of Eli. "Cursed be the ground, for our sake. Both thorns and thistles shall bring forth, for us, for out of the ground we were taken for the dust that we are... and to the dust we shall return." FACTS: The khukuri is a Nepalese knife with an inwardly curved edge, similar to a machete, used as both a tool and as a weapon in Nepal and neighbouring countries of South Asia. The "kukri", "khukri" and "kukkri" spellings are of Western origin, the original Nepalese form being khukuri. Because the blade bends towards the opponent, the user need not angle the wrist while executing a chopping motion. It can be used like a sword. Its heavy blade enables the user to inflict deep wounds and to cut through muscle and bone.
