    Spawn Voicepack for Bill

    I did hear a different voice alright, but almost never and I played every campaign with the original survivors except The Sacrifice.  I don't like giving negative reviews, but sometimes there is little choice.  99% of the time basically, it turns Bill into a mute, and since I play as Bill I dislike that a lot.  If a lot more content were added, obviously my opinion would change.
