The PAY4Dead 2 - The Weapon Sounds of PAYDAY 2 sound add-on replaces the drawing, firing, and reloading sounds of all Left 4 Dead 2 firearms to their closest respective counterparts in PAYDAY 2.

All firearms in the game have now been provided weapon sounds from their closest respective counterparts in PAYDAY 2. As long as that game continues to be supported by OVERKILL through new DLC releases, I will continue to update this add-on in case of a new weapon release which becomes a better counterpart for a Left 4 Dead 2 weapon.

> Improved Quality
The firing sounds are now sourced directly from PAYDAY 2's game files, but the drawing and reloading sounds have been re-recorded in-game due to the complexity of how reload sounds are stored in said game files. Compared to before when I recorded the sounds in the Safe House alone, I have now re-recorded everything on a custom heist/testing map with little to no background noise.

This add-on has been made and tested for the Last Stand Update. The new reloading animations provided by the update allowed for more "diversity" in reload sounds for certain weapons which has encouraged me to rework the entire add-on for compatibility.

All the materials used in this mod are property of OVERKILL Software.
