Try emptying your add-ons folder and just put the custom loading screens and the enabler together. Must be your other mods conflicting it, I think.

For some reason it doesn't work for me.
I have the "Custom Loading Screens" mod enabled along with this mod, but it doesn't show up for some reason.
Is there a step I'm missing, or is the mod somehow broken.

OK.
This fix is pretty simple actually.
Replace the mission file in the "Total Melee Unlocker - Missions" Mod with the one in the Cold Stream Enabler and it should work.
Maybe I'll ask the creator of that mod to replace that file too.
