    Mark XIX Desert Eagle50 AE

    Although I don't like the sound, it is replaceable because it is the default sound.  Other than that what's not to like?  It's very original and it looks good.  People expecting the scope to be functional are not being realistic, given the game was likely designed to allow modification mainly by replacing one weapon, item, etc. with another with no increase in functionality.
