Fluttershy themed witch

I made a Fluttershy themed witch to go along with Ntuni's sound mod. Comes along with: -Normal maps -exponent files -Blood etc. -Custom butterfly particle effect, drawed and animated myself. -edited .vmt files -new textures -Fluttershy's colour sheme. .:No-particle effect version is in the changelog:.

This mod doesn't work for me. :c Any ideas why? The sound mod works fine, but I download and install this and she just stays the same. It doesn't even show up on the addons list in-game. I'm pretty sure every other special infected I've downloaded has worked too.
