Reupload of JJFortJ's Pat and Mat survivors addon this is the old version, according to the addon developer they will receive a remake.

This mod replaces all guns with russian and soviet ones (except chrome shotgun and awp cause I didn't find good models to replace them).

New guns? Of course. New special infected? Certainly. New concert and jukeboxes music? No doubt.
