I felt since this guy is so twitchy, he'd probably pick at his wounds, and eventually just tear himself apart. Hes got some Shredded Tank in him as well to help tie him into my other mods of being darker, and mutilated.

Pros:

1. looks scary
2. more undead like than living infected like
3. the visible spine in his back looks well designed and indicates a decayed rotting flesh, the empty eye sockets, , mutilated hand and lower jaw shows another sign of undeath 
4. it reminds me of a necromorph from dead space

Cons:

1. none i noticed

Conclusion:

this mod is suitable for a dead space style of game
