    Best HR mod as of now

    Pros:                                              
- Beautiful model                                     
- Nice animations
- It's a freaking SVT 40
- Fits very well with the HR theme

Cons:
- Large file size kinda ticked me off a bit as it made the download somewhat long for me, but as a result of that, I get good quality textures and stuff, so no complaints overall.
- Sounds are not bad; can be better but nothing a quick .vpk edit can't fix, personally am using the firing sounds for Insurgency's Mosin-Nagant for this skin.

Excellent mod, keep it up!
