League of RANDOMNESS loading screen (REVISED)

Description

This replaces the rather ordinary loading screen with a fake League of Legends loading screen (codenamed League of Randomness, as the title suggests)... featuring characters from Fairy Tail and Hyperdimension Neptunia (Victory); one character based from a certain character in Hetalia Axis Powers and one from League of Legends. The loading screen featured is also from patch 3.9, which (IMO) is somewhat rushed to the point that I easily created a fake one.

This is a part of my 'Surprise, I'm back!' movement.
