Description

This replaces the rather ordinary loading screen with a fake League of Legends loading screen (codenamed League of Randomness, as the title suggests)... featuring characters from Fairy Tail and Hyperdimension Neptunia (Victory); one character based from a certain character in Hetalia Axis Powers and one from League of Legends. The loading screen featured is also from patch 3.9, which (IMO) is somewhat rushed to the point that I easily created a fake one.

This is a part of my 'Surprise, I'm back!' movement.

For more details about the characters (in order to clear any misunderstanding that may arise from this mod), and the picture itself, please take your time to look at the changelog.
