    Pros:

    Nice
Easy to regconize from far away
Makes the parish much more colorful 
Makes players feel like they are in N'awlins

    Cons:

    None so far

    Conclusion:

    If Valve makes everything react to the wind this mod could have been better, but so far so good, nothing to complain
