(Request) Laser Sight Bonus + SI Repeller

This is a mod requested by NonnyFox. As mentioned from the title, this is a mod that has 3 special features:
1. Laser Sight Bonus.
Laser sight bonus is given when a survivor passes
through saferoom door when leaving saferoom. As long as
survivor has primary gun, it will be upgraded with laser sight
once leaving saferoom.
2. Survivor's ability to repel special infected when pinned/ caught/ ridden.
This feature allows a survivor to escape from being
pinned/ locked by special infected by holding TAB (Score) key.
This works instantly & is triggered every second when
holding TAB in pinned/ locked state.
3. Survivor's ability to rise from incapacitation & from hanging from the ledge.
This has similar functions as the no. 2, but it's used
when survivor is incapacitated or hanging from the ledge.
When either one of them happens, holding TAB key will
immediately make the survivor stand/ climb up again.
4. "Cruel Bots Mode" toggle on/ off.
This toggle on/off can make bots cruel. It's a mini
version of "Terminator Bots Mode". Bots will shoot zombies
on sight. Press TAB + E key to enable/ disable the feature.

There are 3 vpk files available in the zip file:
1. "laser sight bonus + si repeller.vpk"
This vpk works on most mods except "Merciless
Survivor Bots" as it uses same vscript to trigger
the features.
2. "laser sight bonus + si repeller 2.vpk"
This alternative vpk works on most mods except
"Left 4 Bots".
2. "laser sight bonus + si repeller 3.vpk"
This alternative vpk works on most mods, or
even all mods, but it's still a prototype.

With this mod, at least if bots are too lazy to rescue you when you're caught by a special infected, hanging from the ledge or incapacitated, you can rescue yourself & stand up on your own.

NOTES:
- This mod works in any modes (Coop, Versus, Survival, Scavenge, Realism, Mutation) as long as the modes allow the use of mods.
- You'll need to host a local server, or the server needs to have this mod enabled in order to make the features work.
