In HoE Mod, it much harder than orginal, easy campaign might harder than advanced campaign or advanced realism. because you will never known how much difficult you will get from Director Options. This Director Options will regenerate each new round(restart campaign, round, new map, new chapter etc...) is started

>>You never known how many times you can go down in currently round
>>Beware of using stuffs such as Vomitjar, Pills, Adrenaline
>>Beware when killing zombies, They maybe mutate into a special ones when they're killed
>>Beware of Tank, It's dmg is very randomly it may deadly or just a kid punch per hit. Make sure you really kill Tank otherwise you will find yourself get hit from behind by Tank
>>Only tier 1 weapons can be found through the way, Tier 2 weapons can be obtained from Special Infected
>>Beware of Witch, She's very deadly, 1 hit kills and run faster than a wheelchair!!!!  When you killed her, there might be 3 guardians appear to revenge you. After killed a witch there's a high chance to drop some Health items. Witch killers will receive more benefits
>>Every Special Infected has HP regeneration. Special Infected regens 3% of max HP per sec. while Tank has 0.3% of max HP regens per sec.
>> 2 HP regens per sec for survivors and 5 HP per sec for Bots 
>>Survivors bots are extremely improved
>> 381 Different ways for random get unique start weapons/items
