the downloaded file is Zombieland.bik . does it mean i have to rename it to l4d2_background01 (replacing the .bik file) if i want it to be shown in the background menu screen?

Yeah some movies get pretty gruesome with zombies eating people. I understand, but hey they are zombies.

I know this is way late, but what didn't work. The mod, your game, your computer? Be more specific please. Did you follow the instructions in the changelog?
