Ice Howl (Left 4 Dead 2)

Four survivors woke up from unconsciousness in the plane. They notice the evac center they crashed on, has been abandoned. The next objective , is up to you.

Only 2 things I don't like about this map are the storm that is more like a rain storm with lightnings and the first person's vision as if you have snow INSIDE your eyes, like on a windshield (unless you are wearing glasses or something, but it's still annoying). I like the fact the environment is huge so you can keep running around and you'll still gonna find a lot of stuff to use in a lot of places. I like better the night version though cause the day one is so bright it blinds you a bit. I had a lerp problem after playing it for about 20 mins, I will check if it occurs again. Thanks for a snow map though even if it's survival and not campaign :)

I downloaded this map installed it correctly and entered the code to play it after about halfway of it loading it crashes and says "exceeded limit of number of vpk files supported" this is the only add-on i have installed at the moment is there any solution that works?

I have no idea , but I also found that problem when trying to launch addon maps from console. (it was to test one of my survival maps in campaign or other gamemode)

try "map survival_revmap0001deaddiet survival"
see if that works (I think it should)

A lot of frost in vision Can't see more than 5 feet ahead I felt cold Invisible walls Hard to navigate Easy to get lost

Pros

-Nice big map -Good layout and weapon spawns -Fun map that is easier to survive longer than on other maps.

Cons

-I would like to have seen more weapons and supplies spawn in other parts of the map giving people more of a reason to go out there other than just fleeing from zombies.

Overall good survival map worth downloading.

===FAILS=== Lots of Tanks (Pro and Con, no points off) Easy to get lost when exploring ( -0.2 points)

Pros

Great Textures. Great Environment. Realistic Ice. Ice on the hud, adds more of an arctic feel to the map. Large, meaning easier to avoid infected.

Cons

Don't even look over here, there are none.

This map is AMAZING its exactly what I've been looking for, you did a very nice job, and i hope to see more of your work soon!
