A detailed good design campaign. Shame until now chapter 4 is not out.
      » Issue:
      • Chapter 2: you good at parkour is fine, but if not? like me, you gonna die if you jump fail. The key is random at 2 location, one at a corpses (need parkour), one at armory.
      • Chapter 3: - I watch a gameplay video from mod page and location of 4 gascan are near a bulldozer but i don't see it when i get there. Does it random?
                          - After destroy a fake safehouse i try to get through like in video but a invisible wall block me and i can't get through, i try to crouch, try different
                            angle but no luck

Finally, I found my favorite campaign, if you are a new bee or just finished all the official content, you should STAY AWAY from this map, you just don't have the skill to experience this, but if you’re a guy like me who already played this game for more than 600+hours and don't know what's fun anymore, you definitely should try this, because the dramatic design feels like a Hollywood movie, you never know what's going to happen next second, you have to make decisions all the time around those traps and puzzles, just like the real world.Happy ending is not the goal in this map, the unique experience is!Please finish this map for a sincerely fan.

Vote the map to the greatest puzzle map ever.

My friends told me that they took about 1h30m and didn't go past to level 1. So i tried it, then I'm end up sick and tired. But still fun though.

It was ok. However, it was trollish, getting punished for making wrong choices. Bots don't tend to pick up every medical item they see so I have to waste them. Map 1 seemed impossible to beat, I honestly couldn't figure out where to go. There were also botnav problems on chapter 2 bots liked to suicide when we were at high buildings. However the map design was very complex and diverse so props to you for that.

If you miss original Resident Evil games - play this!

+ This campaign gives a strong feel of first three resident evil games.
+ All puzzles work properly, but yeah, they are hard.
+ Very good atmosphere and level design.
      + Quite hard and challenging.
+ Puzzles solution is somewhat randomized, which gives this campaign some replayability.
+ Did I mention great level design and a lot of attention for details?
+ Very fun to play with skilled friends.

      - Unfinished,
      - Sometimes it's hard to understand what to do, but when you figure it out you will be like "Oooh!..."
      - Irratiating and not fun with bots, with map is clearly not for solo players and not for newbies, unless you play on easy.

      Pros:

-Unique Level Layout unlike levels seen in other campaigns making for multiple replays
      - Interesting when it comes to puzzles, finding a code and having the horde called when you get it wrong lol...
      -Unique variety of environments
-Good use of dialogue in the campaign
-Very challenging especially on normal difficulty
      -Enough well placed supplies

      Cons:

      - Not a lot of directions or hints found (In one area I spent around about 10 minutes just looking for that button to move the crates) (will be confusing to first time players)
      - Some areas in the campaign felt way too dark to the point it was tunnel vision especially in the sewer areas
      - Some puzzles/jumps are impossible even with bots and with low health, (I had to restart a couple of times due to this) (trial and error)
-An glitch I found on map 2 that could allow you to get the key on the other side of the fence (If you know what area im talking about) (This was accidently found)
      - Bot nav feels off in areas of chapter 2 especially with the getting to the other side from one building to another
      - No ending (I understand tho, however how will this campaign tie up, and what about the army guys in chapter 1?) (No points taken)
      - Lack of closets and defibrillators (Probably Because of slightly longer map length and due to puzzles)
      - Bots are useless when it comes to puzzles, you will need more than 1 player mostly for this campaign. (Not your fault tho) (No points taken)
-Almost no first aid kits in saferooms (I understand finding them tho)
      - Lack of tier 2 weapons in saferooms (I understand being able to retrieve them earlier on however)

      Conclusion:

I see that the author has spent a lot of time putting together a map that could be unique in its own self from other maps and I like that. When you get the puzzles, you would know how challenging they are when you get to doing the puzzle. the puzzle and environments thus together make for a very challenging campaign. I also do like the fact that there are multiple pathways for multiple playthroughs, however to some players this can be frowned upon in chapter 2. This campaign has a lot of potential, however the biggest letdown I would have to say would be the dark areas in this campaign that are almost pitch black, you should lit up the area with a few lights. The puzzles may be interesting, however they can also be non-achievable due to the high difficulty of a few puzzles being impossible even with bots/low health (at least some of these puzzles are optional anyway). The nav is alright in chapter 1 and chapter 3, it is however off in the building areas of chapter 2 when you go across a building (Make a way for the bots to get over to you without crossing the building as a suggestion). This campaign while it may be enjoyable to some just didn't give me much experience back from it. (Consider it only a 1 time playthrough if your like me). Apologies for the wall of text here, just suggestions I would consider you putting in the next update for the campaign. Only recommended if your a fan of puzzles. otherwise this campaign may not be for you.

      Maps 5/10
      Events 8/10
      Replayability: 5/10
      Overall: 6/10

      Pros:

      -New melee weapons.
      -No bugs or glitches.

      Cons:

-Random dialogues that made literally no sense.
-Hints on what to do would have been really nice.
-On the third stage, after the tractor is moved, the zombies do not stop respawning instantly. I actually ended the third stage with 1,162 common infected kills.
-The doors that required a key did not actually require a key. You could break through them with a melee weapon.
-The bots are entirely useless, making it close to impossible to play on your own.
-There was a lack of hero closets and defibrillators, which should have been abundant because of the lengths of the maps.

      Conclusion:

This was unique at first, but then I started to realize: This campaign makes no sense. It says it's supposed to be challenging--I think silly is a more proper word. I really expected a much better experience from this campaign. I know it's beta, but that doesn't change how the content of the campaign was just not enjoyable, even with friends. This is one of those maps you'll play once and never come back to again.

      9.5

      Pros:

Unique campaign; difficult, but you feel a sense of accomplishment when you figure out a puzzle or find the right path.

Lots of dialogue from the survivors; not only were they amusing, but it definitely helped to lighten the mood in such a dark place.

Puzzles! If you don't like puzzles (including key hunting/fetching), then this campaign probably isn't for you. (Though you should give it a try anyway.) Occasionally, there is another path open/around a puzzle if you really can't figure it out. (Take Map 1, for example.)

Creative environments. The game takes place in an urban/industrial setting. It feels very eerie, something I love to see in L4D campaigns.

Story/plot. You start off at a dock, though you quickly find the army. However, they don't want anything to do with you, so you have to go "the long way around." So yes, there is a story/plot going on, but it isn't necessarily in your face. I get the feeling that there is more stuff going on in the background/outside of the gameplay, and feel like a lot of items/set pieces in the environment hint at something deeper.

Lots of little details to enjoy. Custom weapons! (That are hilarious and awesome- I loved seeing what ridiculous things I could fight with next.)

Re-playability. Different weapon placement, different dialogue, alternative paths, secrets/fun details you may have missed the first time, etc. It's a very immerse campaign- I didn't want to stop playing! I wanted to explore this world more.

      Cons:

The environment can be very dark, to the point that it is difficult to see.

It's impossible to do some of the puzzles/jumps with low health. I ended up dying/restarting levels, hoping that the easier routes would be open. (Map 2.)

I ended up stuck in a few spots on the map, but thankfully "teleported" clear of them. The bots, however, weren't very helpful in this regard. They would occasionally just stand there if a Smoker got me, etc. This seems to be a common problem in campaigns, however, so this isn't unique to Kink.

Again, puzzles. They can be quite difficult to solve. If you miss certain jumps, for example, you need to run around and start again or end up dead. For me, this was frustrating but do-able, though I can see why others might get easily annoyed.

Environments/maps, like the puzzles, can be hard to figure out. In map 3 especially, I was pretty confused with I first played. However, with some exploration, you can figure out where you need to go. Again, not really a "con," so to speak, more of a warning to players who would rather rush through/don't like feeling lost.

      Conclusion:

The author put a lot of work into Kink, and it shows. I love everything about this campaign. It is unique in story, environment, and gameplay. If you want a different (deeper) L4D2 experience, then you should try this campaign. If you like survival horror, you should try this campaign. It is difficult, but lots of fun. (If you get frustrated while playing, I recommend taking a break and trying again later. Or playing in smaller chunks/one map at a time.)

I really hope that byblo will finish this campaign someday. As is, the non-ending ending made me laugh, but I really want to know what's going on plot-wise. I feel like there is some big secret/finale/interesting twist around the corner (possibly including the army from map 1?) and am really curious as to how it'll all go down.

Thanks for an awesome campaign! I hope to see more work from you in the future! C:

      7.1

      Pros:

      Definitely challenging
Lack of health kits made it tense
      Some well designed puzzles

      Cons:

Just wasn't fun in some places
      Some trial and error

      Conclusion:

Mixed opinions here. The custom content was rather nice and well done, but some of the puzzles felt a bit dull and reused, such as constantly finding keys. Good map, but could use some variety.

      8.5

      Pros:

      * Loved the puzzles, helped give it some extra fun factor.
      * Most of the puzzles were clever and disguised
      * Textures were well done
      * Maps were huge

      Cons:

      * Some of the puzzles were a bit overboard. I liked how on the pipe wheels there was a map. But on the suspended crate we never could get the code. There's no clues around that we saw and with 4 buttons the amount of combinations could be in the hundreds. You don't have time for that with hordes every few minutes.

      * I would say since the map is really heavy on the puzzle solving, there needs to be more clues on how to solve them

      * Also I know the map is supposed to be dark but I would use a bit more ambient sources. Maybe some strobe lights or alarms lights that go on and off. Some misc fires here and there. Just something to give some ambient light so some of those parts aren't so pitch black.

      * Not a big difference between Advanced and Normal. There should be a bigger gap of challenge. Advanced is good. But Normal was too close to Advanced. It needs to be a tad easier.

      Conclusion:

I think this map has a ton of potential. Enough so it could be top 10. But in order for that, I think it has to be better with the bots (I know you say it wasn't meant to be that way but bottom line is, not everybody can find guys to play with and bots are the only choice and to be one of the best maps, it has to be bot friendly). A bit more creative lighting and the puzzles need some more clues. We had a blast playing. We spent 7 hours on it and still could not finish. I look forward to playing this when it's done. Hopefully the designer tweaks those Cons I mentioned.

      Pros:

      - Just finish that and certainly I could play 10 more times to discover new things

      - Very good map design at interiors and exteriors, and dark places

      - I did not find even one bug, that's scary me lol

      - Long campaign with many traps, puzzles and creative things that makes players think a little bit, instead of just pulling the trigger to kill zombies.

      - Very imersive gameplay.

      Cons:

      - I thought for 1 minute at least a bad thing and does not conclude anything lol

      Conclusion:

Very nice campaign, that mix things that all campaigns should have, probably one of the most imersive campaigns, that make you stay in a tense atmosphere from beginning to end. Keep working, congratulations for this work.

      Pros:

Unique Level Design - Its always a challenge to find the way. In every map you have to do something to go on (find keys, solve puzzles, collect cans, jumping parts, shoot barrels etc.)
Unique Puzzles - All puzzles are very creative and ambitious. Never saw any compareable on l4d2. The puzzle on map 1 is a bit too hard. I needed a long time to solve it. But it was fun. On map 2 u have to find out a code combination and the survivors have to cover the player on the puzzle.
Custom Melee Weapons - Lol the Mop :)
Items - The items are very rare and placed on good spots - Some are placed in secret areas or in boxes. You have to discover the whole map to find some items.
Challenging Events - In every map there are challenging events, that stops the survivors in their progress. Some events have endless hordes. The survivor need to rush.

      Cons:

      Missing final.
      Some puzzles are too hard.

      Conclusion:

The keyword for this campaign is "Unique". Never saw so much new creative ideas on a custom map in l4d2. In my eyes its a new sort of maps. The main problem on this map are not the zombies, but rather the puzzles and the wayfinding. Its a great map and it shows some new possibilities of mapdesign on l4d2.
Good work man. Hope this work will go on. When the final is good as the first maps, i ll give u a 10.

      Cons:

      Pros:

      Realistic Urban environment
      Alternative routes
      Puzzle solving:
      - Difficult and time consuming
      - Harder ones can be avoided
Use of keys and other function
Great 'traps' such as the tanks at the start and the digger/tractor thing on map 3.
      Great scripted events
      Attention to detail
      Interesting crescendo events
      Good weapon spawns
      A few secrets
      Randomized crane puzzle
      Well optimized
      Custom weapons
      Alternative events
      Re-playable
      Good bot NAV

      Cons:

Map 1: Water puzzle was quite time consuming in completing - the purge took forever and it made it difficult to precisely remember the correct cog wheel/valve
Don't understand the point of the ladders which push you off
      Overly Repetitive environment

Map 2: The unfortunate luck of having the route blocked and off; causing you to dangerously hop over a variety of small vents - this would be impossible to do with red health - let alone the difficulty of it at green health.
The puzzle seems to be set out weird - personally I don't think it's clear enough - as I tried to satisfy the inequality firstly; then just tried to make it equal the values yet it still caused the building to explode
Building explosion is easily survivable (Not sure if intended - but this is quite useful)
      Tank got stuck in bus
The explosives puzzle can be bypassed by jumping from a window onto the bus.

Map 3: A bit tedious if you get lost at the gascan search part
I really loved the tractor event - but it is a shame if your entire team dies once your so far up the map. (Although I still loved this event)
A bit confusing on where to go when you crash the train
The crescendo event was a pain! It takes a very long time to shut down the event.
Confusing on what to do in final area

All: I got stuck in several places along with infected not being able to reach me in some areas

      Conclusion:

This campaign is great for a beta and incorporates some fantastic ideas; especially these challenging puzzles and other great trinkets. I am really looking forward to your completed campaign.
