The idea of this was to utilize Elevenlabs' superb voicesynth technology to "restore" the cut L4D1 lines that never made it into the game (and will probably never be in the public's possession.) The results were.... not great. And I'll say this right now: If you cannot stand inconsistencies, then I would not recommend you use this. I am still pretty pleased with the results I got. Bill - Sounds like a mix of casual Jim French and Father Grigori. Zoey - Does not really sound like Jen Taylor much at all, she now sounds like a valley girl for some reason. Louis - Louis but less high pitched and more serious Francis - Easily the worst and most disappointing result. The A.I really struggled to understand Francis' voice, and it's just a complete mess. You can use game_sounds as reference or just go on the Cutting Room Floor, I'm pretty sure the cut dialogue is available to view there. Anyways, feel free to use this if you want in your own maps, mods or add-ons, you have my full permission. Maybe I might make a talker that utilizes some of these voice lines, although not all of them because it would require new dialogue triggers, and some voice lines are just completely scrapped concepts anyways.
