Last Stand Texture Pack (only for pre-Last Stand)

As I heard several times about some people asking about the availability of some custom campaigns to be played in pre-Last Stand, I decided to manually sorted most "Last Stand" textures to pack them as one vpk. Normally, if new custom campaigns use some or many "Last Stand" textures, they will show some errors & missing textures when someone plays in pre-Last Stand. Even the shovel & pitchfork will show errors. With this, most textures are fixed, & shovel & pitchfork can spawn properly. However, because I manually picked the textures one by one, there might be few textures still missing. At least, with this, the players with pre-Last Stand version can play the new custom campaigns that were made after Last Stand had been released. In other words, this is a "Missing Content Fix for Last Stand" only for pre-Last Stand version.

I tested this mod in "Journey After Parish" custom campaign that heavily uses "Last Stand" textures. For example, on map 1, if a player plays it in pre-Last Stand, he won't see the bridge as there are only errors & missing textures & can't cross the bridge at all. But with this, the bridge appears & player with pre-Last Stand can cross it properly.

As this pack is still imperfect because there might be some textures that I missed, if you know which textures are missing you can let me know & I'll try to check them. & I'll remove this soon if this breaks any of the rules.

Notes:
- This mod is only for pre-Last Stand. The Last Stand version doesn't need this at all because all the textures in this mod were collected from Last Stand version.
- This texture pack mod might conflict with pitchfork & shovel skin mods as this mod has "pitchfork.txt" & "shovel.txt" in it to trigger the melee spawn.
- This mod might also conflict with mods that use "melee_manifest.txt" to manifest/ spawn the "Last Stand" melee weapons like pitchfork & shovel. But it rarely happens if the "melee_manifest.txt" is bundled in a custom campaign.
