黄昏时刻系列第三部的后传。城市南部感染规模得到控制，幸存者们与军方达成合作开始清理最后的感染区。第一关重启东方自来水厂水泵恢复城市供水，第二关海洋酒店前哨站使用音控诱饵吸引尸潮，最终关在体育场消灭感染区最终尸潮。
