Decided to give Ellis a Painkiller themed shirt and cap because i was bored and had nothing else to do. If you like it - Awesome if you don't - Awesome. I don't care either way.

So I had this Image on my HDD and wanted to use it in something in the future, and I figured I could make a skin out of it for Ellis cap. Since this wont replace some Ellis Reskins you can enjoy it without sacrifice of fine skins to Ellis.
