This map is based on Resident Evil 5 mercenaries mode and it uses music from the game itself (owned by CAPCOM)
The map can be played as a classic L4D2 survival match or a custom mutation, which contains the real mercenaries mode with timer countdown and some new features.
Play it on local server only. I made a custom menu window to make it easier to find.

This map needed all the finishing touches: Added stringtable files to EVERY map so they will not crash on custom servers when others join a game after it has started from lobby. There were no map image files, no intro poster, and no outrotitle - ALL DONE! The other author should take down his map. Huckster will keep it updated.

Big Upgrade - Renamed Blackcity Extended from Blackcity - Fixed. Our survivors start out in the country and eventually find their way through the Dark Dead City to be rescued. The original creators of the maps were (Trane 2012 and ILCannibal 2010). Couldn't put a finger on the flakey ending of BlackCity (map 5) so decided to replace it with 3 maps from (deadcity lite - ILcannibal (mad respects)...
I've started to remaster the existing version of this map and I plan to change a lot of things, along with fixing all of the issues that this campaign has.
At the moment the downloadable version of the campaign is the old version of the map, if you'd like to see progress on the remaster view the screenshots above which show before and after shots of areas.

The finale map in Death Trip v4 did not have a stringtable.dct file. This was causing crashes when anyone new joined an in-progress game = FIXED. Death Trip is a 4 map campaign thru town, the woods, then a map 3 escape and chopper crash, and a finale in a quaint little town is awesome!
In order to evacuate, the survivors must traverse to an active nuclear power station in the hopes of shutting down the atomic reactor for a wounded helicopter pilot waiting on the opposite side.
