Amazing campaign
Impressive graphics and interesting routes. The horrible music brought the campaign down from a 10 to a 9. All of it, especially the classical track, which was the worst.
Could have been great if it was easier and made sense
Annoying traps or areas that get you and/or your team killed, sometimes without any chance of survival. Pointless. Why? You want people to feel bad while playing? Fog! So much fog in some places! You can't see where you can go. Why? You want to torture us? And bugs, like starting outside the map or getting stuck, with no way to keep playing other than noclip. On the good side, some scenes look amazing. Those brought up the score from 2 to 6.

Remix of original campaign
Oh, well.... it was a little interesting and I had fun killing witches, but it's just a little modification of an original campaign. A lot of endings, total chaos
The good endings are hard to get, probably 99% of players get the bad ending. Which means the campaign forces them to lose. Who wants that? Only losers enjoy losing. This, plus the exagerrated difficulty sometimes, and the copy-pasted pieces of original maps make this a pretty bad campaign.

It has potential to be a 9 or 10...
... if players wouldn't get lost in huge 3D environments. I had to ask Left4Bots2 to guide me around. Even bots seemed to get lost sometimes. :)) It's like driving and using a GPS, but the area is so complex that even the GPS doesn't know where it is anymore. :)) It actually happened to me in real life. At some point, I noticed I was driving in circles. Until that point I just listened to the GPS. And then I looked at the screen. It really HAD CHOSEN A CIRCULAR ROUTE and was driving me around it. :)) It was a MIO device, GPS only, not a smartphone. I never bought MIO devices again.
Kinda cute
Copy-pasted from HL2, modified here and there.... Acceptable.

Was it hard to let people know how to make it work?
You should've made it work without expecting players to magically know to execute "sv_consistency 0" in console. Was it hard for you to make the campaign right? If you were too lazy to do that, at least you could've written in the title or description about the console command. You show a big disrespect for people trying your campaign.

Very interesting ideas and design, but not bot friendly and buggy
The VPK file has characters in its name that make it invisible to the game. The campaign doesn't appear in the list of campaigns unless you rename the VPK file to contain only simple (English) characters. Bots drowned in the underwater room with a key and two stairs, no matter how I tried to lead them. The campaign can't be played in single player mode without cheats. It was amazing, until...
... it ended badly. I don't care if there are multiple endings. There should be NO bad ending. Why are we fighting to survive the whole campaign? To die at the end, without any chance? It's like playing some sports game, you're doing a good job, you're leading, you're winning, but at the end someone decides you lose. How could anyone enjoy losing? Why would anyone create a game that ends badly? To make people feel bad that all their efforts were for nothing and the ending wasn't fair? Winners like to win. Only losers like to lose. And a game should be fun, entertaining, make players feel good, should be relaxing. A game should NOT be an exam, a test, in which players should WORK (make efforts) to get points instead of having relaxed fun. I started the game to have fun, not to take an exam.

Wow
A campaign of extremes. Amazing ideas and graphics, original stuff, but wwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too hard. I chose EASY difficulty and guess what happened. I barely made it to the end, with a bunch of cheats and console commands. Bots were sometimes useful, but mostly did not work correctly. Is there a human being capable of playing this for real? And what's the problem with the word "easy"? I see again and again difficult mods and games, on easy difficulty. Is that a word that people are unable to understand? Easy means my grandma should be able to play all of it from the first try.

Would be amazing without the gnomes
Everything is great, except for the gnome parts, which are almost a disgusting nightmare. The puzzles are simple once you get the idea what to do when you find one, which is non intuitive and annoying. Without those horrible gnomes, the campaign would be a 10/10 masterpiece.

Original and interesting ideas that don't appear in any of the 232 other L4D2 custom campaigns I've played so far. I can't believe how many custom objects are in those mall stores. The storm is awesome! And it's snowing in some parts. Snow on the ground, on the cars, on the tents, everywhere. Even on the wires of fences! Can you believe that? How much work was put into this campaign? It's un-mapping-believable! ? I took screenshots... Lots. Many of them with the survivors in the storm. Oh... my... nightmare........
What is this? The first map crashed the Steam version of L4D2 every single time I tried it, in different configurations and removing all other mods. And all maps look like an accident, interesting and horrible at the same time. Many senseless changes. Mazes that you get lost into. I must admit I tried to play all maps because of the little good things here and there, like some arcade machines and beautiful places. After finishing the campaign I had the weird feeling that I just woke up from a nightmare.

How can some people create such beautiful things? How can people be so different? Some campaigns are incredibly bad and I wonder why in "Map's" name would someone upload such pieces of --beep--. And then there are amazing campaigns like this one, with breathtaking graphics, that you have to move several steps and look around, take screenshots, move several more steps and be amazed by the scenes, and repeat these steps all over the map. I've seen a lot of great graphics in games and movies during the years, but there's something in the second map that makes it impressive and different. How can it amaze me after seeing lots of modern games and movies? I can probably feel the real talent of the artist/s who created this. Complex graphics and video effects are not everything that matters. The real artists can make you FEEL their creations. Looks and feelings are not the same thing. I see every day extremely complex graphics and effects in movies and games, but they usually lack any feeling. This is what's different in this campaign. I played with a continuous feeling of wonder, of beauty. How could someone or some people make ZOMBIE game maps be some of the most beautiful things I've ever seen? I took so many screenshots... sometimes I forgot I was actually playing a game and there were enemies to pay attention to.? I'm so glad whenever I find stuff (like this campaign) created by talented people, real artists. The Orange Box Juice poster was so funny!? I loved walking through water in map 3, it looked very cool. Very interesting bullet holes that let light go through, so you can see rays of light coming from them in a dark hallway. Very close to those, there are glass panels with great refractions. Some ceiling fans make cool shadows on the floor. Some places are moody, they make you feel there. One of this places is next to a piano, in darkness, in an area with Live Jazz. I hid in that dark corner and I felt like a kid again, when I was playing hide and seek with 10 to 20 kids from the neighborhood. The problem is that after this impressive campaign, the others I'll play after it will seem like pieces of <beep>.? I found myself many times saying "wow", "omg", "how is this even possible?", "un...f-ing...believable!" and so on. There is a train that pushes a car off a bridge in the first map. Alarms and zombies! Lots of zombies. Lots of fun!?This campaign took Alexander Regber (a1exMVP on gamemaps) a year of work and it's offered for free. I think that's an amazing thing to do.? It's very interesting how he managed to create many places throughout the campaign that made me feel there, or bring back memories, or created some other special feelings. Doesn't do anything on my L4D2 (Steam version)
I installed it, after removing all other mods, I started the game, loaded an original map and played. All bots were the exact stupid ones as the original survivors. They watched me getting killed, all of them went by a molotov, none of them took it... I had a pipe bomb at the time, so it's not like "they didn't take the molotov so you can get it". No, they were simply stupid. All the original bot stupidity, from the original game. I put Left4Bots2 back and enjoyed real AI.

Small and cute, but...
... you have to put the files into ...\left4dead2\maps\ because they are BSP and NAV, and there is just one tiny map, like a backyard, that's just partially functional. It said to wait for rescue, but it never came, just never ending hordes and special infected. The ammo could not be taken. Once you have used all the ammo for your primary weapon, you get to play with a little pistol until the end of the universe. I don't want to discourage the person who made this. It's a cute start. Keep making maps, I'm sure you'll get better and better with each new one.
Great campaign, except...
... its difficulty. I chose "easy" and it was between hard and impossible with bots. It should've been easy. I chose easy. Look for "easy" in a dictionary and learn what it means.

Would have been good...
... if the finale wasn't too long AND broken. After waiting the platform for 999999999999 years to go down, nothing happened. I watched a video and there was supposed to be a fire truck on it. Amazing graphics, but...
... too hard and the first map only works with no other mods AND with video settings to the lowest possible quality. Removing any other mods was not enough to stop it from crashing. Did I mention it's WAY too hard? On easy difficulty level? If you have to be an expert player to finish a map on easy difficulty, it means that whoever built it needs a dictionary, and carefully read the definition of "easy". At the lowest difficulty level, even my granma who never played video games should be able to go through the whole campaign without repeating anything and without using any cheats or mods. THAT is easy difficulty. 4 tanks at the same time is not easy. Please learn english. Graphics are breathtaking though, in some areas. A real work of art. Like you're playing in a 3D painting. Truly beautiful.

It was great until finale
The finale never ends, zombies keep coming until all survivors die and you restart the map. Then the same thing, all over again. And again. Such a pity... An amazing campaign destroyed by a bugged finale.

Interesting........
Amazing graphics, mood, atmosphere, but too hard. Way too hard. Way way too hard. WAAAAAAAAYYYY too hard. Bots have huge problems in many places. They remain in some areas and you play alone. Did I mention the campaign is too hard? On EASY difficulty level? Do people know what "easy" means? Please, get a dictionary and learn. Because I can guarantee that 5 tanks at the same time is NOT easy. Huge 3D mazes are NOT easy. The whole campaign played on easy is actually extremely hard, expert level.

Half Life 2 with zombies
Somewhat interesting, but I install fan made campaigns to play new maps, not a modified version of the original ones. That's the whole idea of playing fan made campaigns, because we are sick and tired of the original maps that we have played a million times already.

Great campaign
I had a lot of fun playing it. Some problems with bots, but everything else is great, especially graphics and fan made stuff.
With a proper game instructor, it could be great
I love the basketball part and the fan made bus. Great graphics everywhere! But too hard, annoying, frustrating, time wasting and not in the spirit of L4D*, which is a fast paced, non stop action, non time wasting. And what's with "can anyone hear me?" every several seconds, until you just can't take it anymore and you have to mute the sound? :)) I know, I know, it's made for RE fans, but why as a L4D* campaign? Game styles are too different. What's next, TETRIS as a L4D* campaign? :D I played with bots until the end though, because it's an interesting campaign, but I had to use noclipping several times, after I wasted a lot of my very limited free time. Thank you for that. :) Not. :)) That's what I was hoping for, to waste the little free time and feel bad, instead of having fun. Not. I think the campaign could be much better with more guidance from the instructor. It should guide players every little step of the way where they should go, how to get there and what should they do when they arrive. You know... people who play L4D* games are doing it to shoot zombies, not to solve puzzles. The few players with too much free time who'd rather waste it and find their own way in a huge 3D maze, can disable the instructor and go through the torture of finding everything themselves, without any help. If this is supposed to be played by 2 teams, then in single player there should be a bot only team in addition to the regular team.

Niiiiiiiiiice...
I had a lot of fun playing this campaign two times in a row. It's great! Well balanced difficulty, cool graphics, interesting places and things to do. No problem with bots, which is amazing! Almost all campaign made by fans have bot problems. Not this one. Congratulations to the makers and testers of this campaign!
Nice and boring
It's fun to play, but it feels like any original campaign, the same boring style and graphics. Bots have problems, for example they didn't get in the helicopter at the end. One of them was standing just outside the chopper and one on the roof below. I waited for nothing in the chopper.
Interesting, but it has nothing to do with L4D*
I get it, in its own style it's interesting and it required a lot of work, it has a lot of custom stuff... All these are great and I appreciate them. But this doesn't belong as a L4D* campaign, it's not the fast paced adrenaline packed always on the run and never making you waste your time kind of game. It's like the game is an audio system for a nightclub, but you use it to play classical music. It doesn't belong. It's not why L4D* was made for. If I wanted to waste 99% of my free time, I woud've played something like your campaign. I chose L4D2 because I want to enjoy every second of my very little free time.
Pretty cool and fun, but...
Cool intro, with the plane crashing into a building. Great graphics, very realistic offices in the skyscraper. I love how the sunshine looks on the survivors as they walk through the offices. All scenes with water are very beautiful. Cool restaurant! There are big red 3D "ERROR" objects here and there and some textures are missing. The VPK should include everything the campaign needs, it's not the responsibility of players to bring all kinds of files to the game so that incomplete campaigns can display correctly. An incomplete campaign is like an incomplete car. You buy it and then you notice that it doesn't have a steering wheel. Should you have spare parts of cars to make it work correctly or should it be complete, with everything it needs? If you don't know how to integrate everything in your VPK, then add VPK files with needed resources in the same ZIP file with the campaign.
Works, but has issues
Nice campaign! It's not the usual L4D2 style, you have to perform many actions, like finding keys for doors, using different machinery and so on. So, you won't go through quickly. I laughed at the currency on a table, there are funny pictures on them. :)) I don't like the 3D mazes though. Big maps that let you go anywhere at all times, make you get lost, run in circles, waste your time instead of having fun. Unfortunately, this campaign does have such frustrating areas and I felt like spending my time doing non interesting stuff, looking for objects, when I could have a lot of fun if the maps would take care to keep the survivors in small areas, guide them through the story, let them go just forward, towards what was interesting and not offer huge "mazes" of streets and buildings, where 99% of the time is simply wasted trying to find something to do. On the plus side, I've seen a lot of custom things, including huge arms with claws, land slides and others, very interesting stuff. The campaign would've been amazing if it would guide the survivors towards the things they should do by showing targets, teaching bots about the next place they should be, so they can guide you like a GPS when you ask them to take the lead and limiting the accessible areas.

Pretty cool and interesting, but it needs you to run "sv_consistency 0" before loading a map.
Very good
Interesting, different, good job! It has a lot of custom stuff, including new enemies, one of them being a tank! A metal tank, with tracks, like the ones used in wars! If the campaign had more complex graphics, it would've been great. :) Anyway, I played it 2 times in a row, it's a lot of fun! And finally, after playing many many many fan made campaigns, this is the only one (I think) that worked perfectly with bots. I was surprised. :D No problems at all with bots? They always get intro trouble. Not in this campaign. It worked perfectly in single player.
a:5:{s:5:"title";s:60:"Oh... my... hive... this campaign is really amazing! ?️";s:4:"text";s:4949:"Impressive campaign, right from the start. It's like a playable version of the movie Resident Evil from 2002. You get to see much more of the HIVE than you've seen in the movie. And this time, you are there, inside it, fighting for your life, not just looking at others trying to survive. It's so well made! Great graphics: beautiful, cool and horrifying at the same time. Everything is created with talent into one of the best campaigns I've ever seen. How could they make such complex maps, but maintain a high frame rate? I've played campaigns with low FPS and much worse graphics. So, the game IS capable of amazing graphics with a high FPS. It just needs smart and talented people to create maps. I think I know why I enjoy every second of this. It's full of new stuff, that you haven't seen before. Not all textures and objects are new, but they are arranged in new ways. And there are many new things too. So, there is nothing boring, nothing you've already seen many times in campaigns. It's like an entirely new game, MUCH better than the original L4D2 campaigns. No exaggeration. I can't run through this, **** the zombies, I want to look around everywhere, as much as I want. I like the attention to every possible detail, for example making sure all survivor bots get in elevators immediately with the players. In other campaigns, bots never get in, or just some get in, sometimes you can push them in, sometimes you can't even do that. The smaller an elevator, the bigger the problem with bots. Not in this campaign, though. After I got in a small elevator, all bots got in immediately. So, the game IS capable of doing things right. It just needs smart and talented people to create maps. Yes, you read this before, I repeated it because it's important. Players often blame L4D2 for stupid bot behavior, bugs, crashes, being boring. But it's not the game's fault. It's the fault of map creators. This campaign proves without a doubt that the game IS capable of amazing graphics at high FPS, great gameplay, immersion, scripted scenes, being fresh and not boring and never crashing. It just needs smart and talented people to create maps. Yes, repeating is intentional. It's true that the game has its imperfections, but a quality campaign, such as this one, knows how to handle L4D2, so it never gets into any trouble. The game is like a car and the campaign like a driver. An expert driver knows how to customize and control the car, so it does its job perfectly and look amazing while doing so. Ok, I should add the fact that there were some problems here and there with bots. But the score would be somewhere over 9.6, so I'll give it a 10. I played it like (I guess) a baby discovers the world, with my eyes wide open, looking at everything. ? I even found myself some times with my mouth open. ? Why? I have played lots and lots of fan made campaigns for L4D*, how can I still be surprised? Is this campaign so good? Well... yes, why else would I be so impressed? I haven't said anything about the sound yet. I guess you already know what I'm going to say. I love the music from RE2002! And it's scripted to play according to what's happening. It fits the action at every moment. I've seen the movie a number of times, but I've never imagined that some day I would be inside it, trying to survive in there. Why aren't the labs full of water, up to the top? I wanted to walk around hallways, look through the glass walls and see zombies floating in the water filled labs. Remember "smart and talented people"? They did another good thing by limiting the accessible areas, so the players don't run in circles and get lost in 3D mazes. For example, they thought to lock doors behind the survivors, so they could only go forward, not wasting time in other places. Maybe this doesn't feel like something important to some people (the weird ones), but it is extremely important. It keeps games from being annoying, frustrating, wasting people's lives instead of making them better. If I have 3 hours of free time, I'd like to have fun for 3 hours, not just for one hour, and wasting 2 hours being lost in a maze. There are different paths you can take through maps. I thought it was just kidding at the beginning of each map when it said it was choosing a path. But playing the campaign several times in a row, I noticed we had to play in different ways. I could swear there was a door at some point for example, but there wasn't when I replayed the campaign. And there it was again when I played again. So I wasn't crazy! ? The maps really change, no kidding, they are not exactly the same every time you play them. Impressive campaign, from the fist seconds to the last seconds, all the way. Congratulations to the people creating / testing it and please make more!";s:6:"rating";d:10;s:5:"image";N;s:8:"spoilers";N;}
Very good, but not enough interesting fan made stuff so... a little boring
Cool campaign, especially the finale. You find a tank, you fuel it up, and it starts driving through the neighborhood destroying everything in its path. The survivors escape in another vehicle. Nice!

Interesting and lots of fun
Map 2 is my favorite, great graphics, horrifying huge dark tunnels, and a spectacular big dam. You get to walk all over on top of it and inside. Such an interesting environment! The cable car ride was so cool! And then, a train escape, looked like the end of an action movie. Great job! This is one of the rare campaigns in which I had no problems with bots, the maps are 100% bot friendly. Congratulations to the people who made this campaign! It looks great and it's a lot of fun to play. All maps are very good, even if I didn't say anything about them.

a:5:{s:5:"title";s:42:"One of the best campaigns I have ever seen";s:4:"text";s:1942:"I loved the campaign from the very beginning, because it starts with a lot of funny dialog. ??️ Amazing graphics, cool cars. You feel like you really are in a real big city. Streets, buildings, cars, everything else is so well placed to create a realistic scene. Great job! And it has just the right amount of detail, not too little so it looks cheap and hastily made, but also not too much to look visually noisy, busy and cluttered. I spent more time looking around and taking screenshots than shooting zombies. Hotel rooms are so nice and cozy... ? The park is also very nice and realistic. Oh, my lakes, I love them! F*** the zombies, I just wanna take walks around those lakes. ? There is a lovely decorative artesian fountain. I got outside again and I just noticed the sky. How can this campaign be so beautiful? It's like a playable work of art. I especially enjoy to see that sky reflected on those super cool cars everywhere. Hey, nice beach! Please make more maps like this. I laughed when I saw the "BONY" TV. ?? The bridge and the ship are huge and amazing, so well made! Overall, this campaign is truly impressive, much better than the original maps of L4D2 and some of the best maps I've ever seen. So many weapons at the beginning of map 4 (cruise), it's an "all you can shoot buffet". ? Even the elevator that takes survivors up to the bridge has multiple details about its cables and wheels and takes care to put all bots in, like all other special spaces in the campaign. It's great that some people actually THINK while creating maps and take care of all possible problems. Also, going the extra mile and doing stuff just for better quality is impressive. ?️ I'm lazy enough not to make campaigns of my own, but the least I can do is to show appreciation for those who are talented artists and do a lot of work. Oh, my traps...
Interesting, but too hard. It's more work and frustration than having fun. The graphics are a surprising combination between weird and cool. I enjoyed looking around and playing the parts where it's not annoying. If it would be much easier, so we can have fun playing, instead of being annoyed, it could be a great campaign with its own interesting style.
Great campaign
I played it twice, it's a lot of fun. The objects you interact with should be clearly marked, I had to guess sometimes what to interact with. Cool graphics and ideas for environments. Good job!
Pretty cool
It starts with annoying maps, but then it gets better. Too hard, but enjoyable with cheats on single player. It's the only way you can play with bots in this campaign. If it wasn't so hard, it could've been a great campaign.
a:5:{s:5:"title";s:25:"Amazing campaign! ?️";s:4:"text";s:1198:"Interesting idea with the vast spaces, but not maze like, so players don't get lost and run in circles. A zombie in a bathtub startled me. ? Cool bridge, made of some small pieces of whatever. Very interesting and original. I haven't seen anything like this in any campaign. I liked the idea with a remote controlled explosion to clear a path. Then I found a zombie reading a comic book. ? Fake destination safe room! And a LONG way down to the real one. Kind of like sledding on pipes. Nice! Stairs... lots of stairs... with zombies falling on them! They are so FUNNY how they roll down the stairs. ? Oh, come on, I was tricked again by the same fake room! And then through some water, up to the chest. Very cool graphics. Feels like a pool party. I forgot about zombies and just moved around to see the survivors in that water from all angles. The whole area is great to walk around. Very good idea to allow survivors to move at the same speed in water, just like on dry surfaces. Maps that slow you down in water are annoying. Also, witches and tanks are annoying, so I'm glad this campaign has none of those. This campaign is one of the best I've ever seen. ?️";s:6:"rating";d:10;s:5:"image";N;s:8:"spoilers";N;}
a:5:{s:5:"title";s:12:"Wow! ?️";s:4:"text";s:502:"Great campaign, much different than the usual L4D2 ones. Lots of customized stuff, including traps that can be controlled and even used as elevators. Too difficult though, especially the huge 3D "mazes" where you get lost into. Too many rooms, hallways, floors... Amazing graphics! This campaign looks even better than the original maps that come with the game. That wall that "runs away" from you is so scary! I tried to catch it. Hey, wait for me! Amazing campaign
Breathtaking graphics, I forgot about gameplay and zombies and walked all over to see the tropical paradise. I played using "Left 4 Bots 2" and "8 survivor" mods at the same time, in single player. Great job!

Niiiiiccceeeeeeeeeeee.....
I love the campaign, I played it several times because it's a lot of fun and looks great. I'm using "Left 4 Bots 2" and "8 survivor" mods at the same time, in single player.
Great campaign
Great design, the maps are truly beautiful. The gun shop is one of the best I've ever seen. Break a lot of glass, take whatever you want. :D Full of stuff. I wish the campaign was longer, more maps, I enjoyed playing. Bots did better on this campaign than the usual fan made ones. I played using "Left 4 Bots 2" and "8 survivor" mods at the same time, in single player.
Amazing campaign!
I love the lighting in this campain. Everything looks beautiful and gives a feeling that you're there in real life. I took many screenshots. And I took a lot of zombies on my head because of that, too. :D It's hard to pay any attention to enemies when you admire the surroundings. Amazing scene in a club! Colored, flashing lights, music, zombies, so much fun! I've never played L4D2 like this, great job! And the finale is also a music based killing spree. This is one of the best campaigns ever! I played using "Left 4 Bots 2" and "8 survivor" mods at the same time, in single player.
Great campaign
Such a nice walk on the beach... killing zombies! :)) And a playground. Please, zombies, just 5 more minutes! :)) The only thing I didn't like was the 3D "maze" in map unsdwn_mp_3 made of rooms, hallways, a big area in which I got lost and ran in circles. The store with all-glass walls is so cool... And the whole neighborhood looks like it's a perfect summer day to be outside. That's incredible, how could the creator of the map make it so well that you feel like you're there? I enjoyed the sauna and taking a bath in a pool outside a house. :D Original finale, in a boxing arena. Very cool.
Lots of fun
All that water is so frightening! I was more scared of it than the zombies. :D Cool escape at the end of map1. Great scenes, like the one where survivors use a derailed train as a ladder to reach a plane fallen in water, which they use as a bridge to a buiding. I'll play the whole campaign again after posting this. :)

Amazing campaign
Nice car escape at the end of map 1, cool! Very interesting at some point, when you choose to take a train to town or go to an airport. It's not just a little change, like getting to a point through room 1 or through room 2, it's a completely different rest of campaign from that point on. So, in order to play all maps, after you finish the campaign, start again, and make the other choice when prompted. It will be completely different from your first playthrough. I like the snow parts and the sound of footsteps in the snow. :) Some places are truly beautiful, like the purple tunnel. Interesting idea with the fake safe room and the real one that doesn't look like a safe room. ;)

Amazing looks, but annoying
I like the beginning of the campaign, those opening credits look like they are from the beginning of a movie. Some of the maps are impressive, they look professionally made, hats off to the people who made them. It's one of the best campaigns I have ever seen, and I have seen many. Some scenes are of pure beauty. I loved the portable turret and the flamethrower! Everything turned into a huge zombie barbeque. Zombique! :)) I didn't like the parts against the clock, where you should get to a subway ASAP or where you should find a keycard and use it in a mall. You can't play those parts unless you already know everything you should do. Are these maps made just for the people Who made them? Because nobody else already knows what are the exact actions to do and places to go. The instructor helps only sometimes. The game is hard enough already, we don't need something that kills us 10 times in a row while trying to find something quickly, making the players start over and over and spending millions of years by a door holding a button pressed or similar extremely long actions. All those are very bad ideas. Players should enjoy the game, not be annoyed. And there are huge mazes, even more annoying. The mall looks great, but its maps are poorly designed. They are similar to a beautiful person with a low IQ. I want to have fun, to play, not to waste my time searching for stuff or starting the maps from the beginning because I touched a door like any other and the game killed me, senseless and unfair. But I have to say one more time that the mall looks amazing! I spent half the time playing and the other half in noclip mode, flying around and taking screenshots. It even has lasers, niiicceeeee... Oh no, they trigger alarms! :))
Only 2 maps ("dm1_suburbsdm" and "dm5_summitdm") hold real value
Maps "dm1_suburbsdm" and "dm5_summitdm" look amazing! I got their names from all the screenshots I took. How can some people make such works of art? I turned the flashlight off to see everything the way it was intended. I forgot about zombies. :D I'm not going to say anything about the other maps, except that because of those the score got from 10 to 7. If the campaign only had the two amazing maps, it would deserve a 10.
Interesting
If this was 100% fan made, it would deserve 10 points. But, since the maps are just taken from the original game and changed a little... Anyway, I enjoyed the campaign, good job!
Oh, yeah!
Great campaign, especially the graphics and original stuff like fireworks that fill the sky with lights, just like in real life. When I saw that, I could only look at the sky and forgot about the zombies. :D More horrifying witches! I don't know if it was intentional or a rendering bug, but one witch kept appearing and disappearing while running to kill us. It was so scary! More than the usual ones. I found fire extiguishers that blew out stuff for a while after shooting them. And flies around dead bodies! There's a "Tank Alley". And a "Zombie Ave". The maps look amazing in many parts, including the huge moon hovering on the sky. Well places artificial lights add to the beauty of the scenes.
Great campaign!
Interesting idea to clear the way manually in the first map. At first, I thought that way was unusable. :D Some scenes look great, I just ignored the zombies and looked around until they killed me. :)) There's a tree house and you can listen to crickets. I found a Burger Tank! Interesting public toilets, when you open a door, the other door opens as well. I wonder what would happen in real life with such public toilets. :)) There is a cozy safe room, with armchair and sofa, TV, kitchen, even a vending machine. I went back to the safe room after killing some zombies, to seat in the armchair. :D Amazing sky with beautiful clouds and birds. Lots of ammo everywhere, I like that, I can shoot as much as I want, which is very useful since the campaign is a little too hard. Bots get stuck sometimes and some textures keep appearing and disappearing while you move. A dark basement... with a zombie cut in two... lots of blood between the halves... So cool. A nice barbeque grill in the backyard. Now I'm hungry. :)) There is a movie projector! I've never seen that in any other campaign. Nice! The ending is amazing, it's like you play through the last 15 minutes of ALIENS (1986), especially if you use a xenomorphs mod, like I do. All regular zombies are xenomorphs. I'm also using "Left 4 Bots 2" and "8 survivor" mods, all at the same time, in single player. Heavy use of "warp_all_survivors_here" to manually unstuck bots in some places and making them enter the chopper at the end. Also, I set the survivors to expert level in Left 4 Bots 2.
Amazing campaign
I liked to watch out of windows in the first map, with flashlight off. There are several vehicles, including police, and the whole thing looks so nice in the late evening, almost night atmosphere. You get to control a crane, it's the first time I see this after playing many campaigns. Very nice! I have never seen so many zombies either, the number exceeded 10000 when we finished the campaign. There is a nice scripted accident scene, I loved it. And the Morgan Freeman billboard! And the tank tanks, with lots of colored light on top. Yes, "tank tanks" was intentional. :) I played using "Left 4 Bots 2" and "8 survivor" mods at the same time, in single player.
a:5:{s:5:"title";s:23:"Great campaign! ?️";s:4:"text";s:532:"A little too hard in single player, but it looks great in many places. Some rendering bugs when the flashlight is on at 140 fov, the way I like it and the way maps usually work, except this one. However, at default fov, there are no problems. The club is very cool and you'll use music for something special. ? Very interesting difficulty selector during gameplay, from "easy" to "are you kidding"? ? I like the huge hallways/caves/tunnels that you go through at some point. Overall, a great campaign!";s:6:"rating";d:9;s:5:"image";N;s:8:"spoilers";N;}
Amazing campaign
So much fun to play! Very realistic scenes everywhere, it's like you are there in real life. My gameplay was more like visiting a museum and taking pictures. :) I took so many screenshots, everything looks amazing. Whoever made this work of art must be an artist. Beautiful colors, especially the blue areas. Very interesting water, clean but with some dirt floating on it. You can play a game within the game, it's called "'Stache Whacker". Lots of ammo everywhere, just how I like it. I want to shoot and never worry about bullets. There is a final boss the size of a building! This campaign is one of the best I've ever played.
Great campaign!
I like the interestng ideas and original stuff, like that first aid station that appears in this campaign. The crowbar opening a door worked fine when I first played the campaign, but when I played it again because I love it, the crowbar didn't do anything. I had to noclip through the door. Overall, I had a lot of fun, congratulations and thanks to the person or people who made this!
Amazing campaign
I had a lot of fun playing this, especially controlling the 2 helicopters. This is the first campaign I've ever seen in which you can do that. There are original ideas, like boxes with weapons, ammo and powerups, with titles on them about their contents. I just stood still outside for a while, listening to crickets. :D Interesting ideas, like fridges that can be opened and there are goodies inside. The campaign ends with a lifeboat that has a Jockey at the helm! I loved those scenes with Jockeys and/or witches watching TV together or sitting on toilets. :)) By the way, if you break a toilet, you can see mechanisms inside its tank. I've never seen such things in any other campaign. I laughed out loud at the signs saying "turn on stupid bot teleporter". :)))))))) They are next to panels that teleport all survivors to the other side of a long ladder. Lots of weapons and ammo, just how I like it. And funny gnomes. Congratulations for this amazing campaign!

Great campaign!
I loved the campaign from the very start. Cool loading screen! And then the weapons... all of them, so you can play exactly as you like. Interesting ideas, like pill, adrenaline and medical dispensers. Also interesting, you get to install a panel that opens a door. I don't like the doors that only open if you go into them. It's ok to open like that, but not just like that. They should also open with the usual key. I pressed it many times until I got the idea to just push the door. Very good ideas with lots of weapons, ammo, powerups in many places and a big elevator. This way, bots always get in. Beautiful evening scene with enemies up the hills. It almost feels like you are there in real life. Cool sound for some doors when opening, taken from DOOM1/2. I liked the dark, red, scary rooms and corridors in some places. The campaign looks great, I took screenshots. There is a bug in "dilligaf_map2", a red empty room with buttons to open the doors from both sides. The buttons only worked once, then the one inside didn't open the door anymore and we got stuck inside. Press it once, don't get out, the door closes, press the button again and nothing. You get stuck inside. Another bug is in "dilligaf_map3". I started the game outside playable area and I couldn't do anything. I had to restart the map. Plenty of ammo makes the game much better. You can shoot as much as you like, you don't have to worry about saving bullets. Infinite ammo should be the way all games are created. The purpose of a game is to have fun, not to worry. I hope everybody will understand in the future that games are a way of having fun, not work, not worry, not saving scarce resources. This campaign I'm reviewing is great, you have all the resources you need, never ending shooting. :) Those 5 hunters in one place was a good test if my heart is strong. I jumped in my chair. :)) Map 4 also started in an unplayable position and I couldn't move, so I reloaded the map manually. Try standing in a corner of the destination safe room in a map, maybe this makes the next map start in a bad point. The farting witches in a bathroom was so funny! :)) In map 5, the big doors after the warehouse do not open, the switch is disabled. I noclipped through it. Interesting and original helicopter, I played many fan made campaigns, but this is the first one in which I had to open a door of a helicopter before getting in. Overall, it's a great campaign, congratulations!

Beatiful, but too hard
Single Player is out of the question without heavily using the console or bind commands to keys. Too hard and non intuitive in many places, like you have to shoot above (!) cola bottles to make them go through a sink (!?!) and only then you can take them, from the floor. Senseless. However, there are interesting ideas in the campaign, and beautiful scenes, like a park between tall buildings. It's a pleasure to run all over the park and enjoy the sights. There are other beautiful places as well.
Great campaign!
I loved it from the very beginning, it has a cool intro and beautifully colored rooms. The difficulty is well balanced, not too easy, not too hard, perfect to have fun. There is a huge room full of witches! Oh, yeah! Bring it on!
Incomplete
It doesn't work on all maps. For example, it works on "c5m1_waterfront", but it doesn't work on "c14m2_lighthouse". The aliens are very cool, but they should appear on all maps. I got about 30 of them over a pipebomb, it was spectacular!
Interesting, but way too hard
It's even hard playing in god mode. Not bot optimized at all. Why is it so hard? Are any human beings capable of playing this? I like some ideas, stuctures, beautiful scenes here and there.
A different, interesting L4D2 experience
The campaign is somewhat similar to a lucid dream, a little too hard, especially for bots to keep up, but very interesting and full of original ideas. I enjoyed playing. I only noclipped the "find him" scene near the end, I went through the zombie in the doorway because I couldn't find "him". :))
Interesting campaign
At first, the campaign seemed weird and senseless. After I considered that I was playing inside someone's dream, it became interesting and I played it till the end.
One of the best campaigns I've ever played
There are a few small problems with bots in single player, but I like this campaign so much, that I played it several times (I think 5 times) in a row, in different styles. Congratulations for this great campaign!
Interesting, but impossible on single player
Dark, scary maps. That's good, but... what's with the horrible music? I had to mute the sound on my laptop to stop that music from damaging my brain. I like the idea with zombies hidden in or behind crates. The maps are somewhat interesting, but horribly hard. Beautiful sky. Amazing reflection of it in the water. The chicken was very cute. :) One of the maps was a complete failure, neither me nor the bots (Left4Bots2) could find anything to do. Anywhere to go. I had to noclip a lot. I like the guy with light sabers. The concert room is amazing, where the tank plays a guitar. Entering an elevator through its ceiling was great. I felt like a character in an action movie. :D I love the orange areas, they are so beautiful!
Edited: September 2024
What the map?
Maps taken from the original game and just added more enemies. Unplayable in single player.
Very interesting, but too hard on single player
I could only play with bots by typing many... many things in console. In single player mode it's close to impossible to play otherwise. But I like the maps, so many ideas, interesting, original, I saw a lot of things that I haven't seen in any ohter campaign. If it was easily playable on easy difficulty in single player, this campaign would've been amazing. Sometimes it's like you walk in someone's dreams, things change with little logic, very interesting. I liked the "museum" parts too. You can see monsters and "survivors" as statues, or in cages, on hospital tables...
Great campaign
Beautiful graphics. Moody places, like a huge, covered, dark parking lot that gives you the chills. With barrels that make a beautiful orange light here and there. Well chosen numbers and types of enemies, weapons and others for maximum fun. Original ideas, like huge piles of dead zombies and certain objects. A hedge maze. Just the right size, not too small, not too big. You get to fire a Howitzer. A dark and dense forest, but with areas brightly lit, artificially. I had to take screenshots, it looks amazing. Looks like who made this is an artist. Be careful, there is a place where you can fall off the map, somewhere behind the final safe room in map 2. I love the subway station, it looks like one of those that I'm using in real life. The ending is a big surprise. You get lots of weapons, ammo, there are big guns prepared for a huge fight, there are several tanks dead on the floor. And then... you'll see when you play it. One of the best campaigns I've ever played, congratulations!
Something you don't see every day
Very interesting here and there. Some beautiful graphics here and there. Not bot friendly though. They keep falling and stepping on things that kill them. If it didn't have millions of black and white squares that burn your eyes and if it was bot friendly it would've been a great campaign. I use Left4Bots2 and 8survivor mods.

Zombie Showers
The campaign should be called "Zombie Showers" because of many..... many falling zombies. I love how they drop. Amazing graphics, very interesting ideas, including actions that I've never seen in other campaigns. But it's too hard, especially the finale. Sometimes, playing it feels like work, not having fun. Overall, a great campaign, spectacular. Good job!

Except for some bugs here and there, it's an amazing campaign. So many zombies, so much fun... And the graphics! It's like you are there in real life. I'm using a combination of these mods: "Left 4 Bots 2", "Left 4 Lib", "NavFixes" and "8 survivor sourcemod update".
